What to write about
- Something is broken — say which page, and what you expected instead.
- A question or explanation looks wrong — these are corrected quickly, and it is the most useful mail you can send.
- Your data — access, correction, export or erasure. Privacy sets out what is held and what you can ask for.
- A payment problem — you paid and access did not unlock, or you want a refund. See Cancellation and Refunds, and include the payment reference if you have it.
- A security issue — follow the private email reporting instructions on Security, so nothing is disclosed publicly before it is fixed.
