Nothing is shipped. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier. This page exists because payment processors ask for one, and the honest answer is worth stating clearly rather than omitting.
Everything sold here is digital access on an account that already exists. When a payment is confirmed, the paid mock exams for that certification track unlock on the account that made the purchase — normally within a few seconds, with nothing to download, install or wait for by email.
No delivery address is collected, because none is needed. No shipping or handling charge is added at any point: the price shown is the price paid.
Payment confirmations occasionally arrive out of order. If the money left your account and the exams are still locked, sign out and back in first — that refreshes what your account is entitled to. If it is still locked, email support@mockcert.com with the payment reference and it will be unlocked manually, or refunded in full if you would rather. See Cancellation and Refunds.
Access has no expiry date and is not time-limited. It is tied to the account that bought it and is not transferable.
