Short version: due to the immediate-access nature of digital exams, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. There is nothing recurring, so there is nothing to cancel either.
A one-time unlock of the paid mock exams for a single certification track, on your account. It does not expire, it does not renew, and it is not a subscription. Buying one track does not unlock any other track. Access is granted immediately and in full at the moment of payment.
There is no recurring charge to cancel. You will not be billed again, there is no renewal date, and no action is needed to stop future payments because there are none. Deleting your account does not trigger a charge either — but note that it removes the unlock along with everything else, and that is not reversible.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. Because a paid mock exam's questions and explanations are delivered in full and instantly on payment, there is no unopened, unused state to refund against — which is exactly why one full-length mock is free: judge the quality before paying. This is stated here, plainly, before you pay, and you are asked to confirm you understand it at checkout.
The only exceptions, evaluated case by case rather than promised in advance:
Email support@mockcert.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form in the app. Include the payment reference if you have it; it makes this much faster. You will get a decision by email, and if it is a refusal you will be told why.
Where one of the two exceptions above applies, approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay — a requirement rather than a preference, so a refund cannot be redirected to a different card or account. Expect 5–7 business days for the money to appear once approved. Your bank's own settlement time is outside anyone's control here, which is why that is a realistic range and not a promised date.
Refunds are issued in the currency paid, and nothing is deducted as a processing fee — the full amount comes back.
