Cancellation and Refunds

Short version: nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel - and if you have not started a paid mock exam, you can request a full refund within 7 days.

What you are buying

An individual paid mock covers the selected mock in one certification track. A bundle covers only the mock exams listed in that bundle at purchase, not other certification tracks.

Offers marked "Unlimited attempts for 1 year" on Pricing provide 1 year of unlimited practice attempts. Access starts when payment fulfillment is verified, or at the end of an existing unrevoked interval for the same product and identical mock scope, whichever is later. It ends at the same UTC time on the corresponding date 1 year later, or that month's last valid day. Access bought under the earlier one-month terms that was still active when these terms began was extended to 1 year from its start, at no cost. Active access is subject to the existing Acceptable use rules. They do not renew automatically. The access duration and attempt limits for any other offer are shown on Mocks and before purchase.

A MockCert certificate is issued for an eligible premium mock only when your first-ever attempt at that mock passes and meets the other Mock Exam Rules. Retakes are for practice and do not earn a certificate.

Earlier purchases retain their original purchased access duration, attempt limits and certification-track scope. These descriptions do not change an earlier purchase's terms or refund rights, or extend or replace a legacy purchase. Access belongs to the purchasing account and is not transferable.

Cancellation

There is no recurring charge to cancel. You will not be billed again, there is no renewal date, and no action is needed to stop future payments because there are none. Deleting your account does not trigger a charge either — but note that it removes the unlock along with everything else, and that is not reversible.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of purchase, and you have not started a paid mock exam — full refund. No reason is required. Your account records whether a paid mock exam has been started, and that record decides eligibility.
• Within 7 days, a bundle with some of its mocks started — a partial refund: the amount you paid less an equal share for each mock you started. For example, a ₹499 bundle of 4 mocks with 2 started refunds ₹249.50. The mocks you started keep their access; the others end. If the bundle was priced with credit for a mock you already owned, the share is taken over the mocks the bundle added, and that earlier purchase can be cancelled only by cancelling the bundle.
• A single mock you have started, or a bundle with every mock started — no refund. The questions and their explanations have been delivered in full at that point and cannot be returned. This is exactly why one full-length mock is free: judge the quality before paying.
• You were charged and access did not unlock — full refund, or the access, whichever you prefer. That is a fault on this side and the 7-day window does not apply to it.
• Duplicate or failed charges — refunded in full, always, regardless of the window.

How to ask

Within the 7 days, and before starting a paid mock exam, cancel the order yourself: Account, Access & Purchases, Orders, then Cancel order. It shows the refund you are due, which starts at once. For anything else, email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the contact form in the app. Include the payment reference if you have it; it makes this much faster. You will get a decision by email, and if it is a refusal you will be told which of the rules above applied and why.

How long it takes

Where a payment method supports refunds, an approved refund is returned to the original payment method; it cannot be redirected to a different card or account. An approved refund is started the same day, and you get an email when it is processed. Banks usually show it within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds are issued in the currency paid, and nothing is deducted as a processing fee — the full amount comes back.
