Trademark guidelines

MockCert™ and the MockCert logo are trademarks of Barwalia Labs. These guidelines explain how you may refer to them. They sit alongside the Terms of use and grant no licence beyond what they state.

Our marks

• The name MockCert.
• The MockCert logo and wordmark.
• The name “MockCert Certificate of Assessment”.

Uses that need no permission

• Naming MockCert to identify it accurately, for example in an article, a review, a list of study resources or a post about your preparation.
• Linking to mockcert.com.
• Sharing your own MockCert Certificate of Assessment, its verification link or its QR code, as long as you describe it accurately: it records a MockCert practice-assessment result and is not a certification from any certification provider.

Write the name in plain text as one word, MockCert, without changing its spelling or capitalisation.

Uses that need written permission

• Any use of the MockCert logo.
• Any use that suggests Barwalia Labs sponsors, endorses or partners with you, your product, your course or your event.
• Advertising, co-branding or merchandise that carries our marks.
• Using MockCert, or a name, logo or domain name that could be confused with it, in the name of your product, company, domain or social media account.

Uses that are never allowed

• Changing the logo's colours or proportions, combining it with other marks, or adding to it.
• Presenting a MockCert result as an official certification, or editing, imitating or reselling a certificate.
• Using our marks in a false, misleading or disparaging way.

Other companies' marks

Certification names and the names of certification providers shown on MockCert belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the exams our preparation material covers. MockCert is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by those providers.

Asking for permission

Email support@mockcert.com and describe how and where you would like to use our marks. Permission counts only when given in writing, can be withdrawn, and covers only the use it describes. We may update these guidelines; the current version is always on this page.
