Yes, within 7 days of purchase: open Account, Access & Purchases, Orders and choose Cancel order, which shows the refund first. If you haven't started a premium mock from that order, the refund is full. For a bundle with some mocks started, you get back an equal share for each mock you haven't started. The started mocks keep their access. A bundle priced with credit for a mock you already owned shares the refund over the mocks it added. A single mock you have started can't be refunded. Yes. MockCert works in any modern phone browser, and you can install it as an app from the page footer.

Yes. Companies and training providers can ask about team access on the Business page.

No. You can try domain quizzes and flashcards without an account. Sign in to take mock assessments and keep your preparation progress with your account.

Yes. Each mock follows the provider's official exam guide: the same number of questions, time limit, question types and domain weighting, and the guide's pass mark. MockCert writes the questions from the provider's public documentation; they are not real exam questions. Every question carries equal weight on a 1000-point scale, which may differ from the provider's own scaled scoring. The mock exam rules page shows each format.

No. A MockCert certificate records a practice-assessment result on MockCert. Only the certification provider issues its certification. The mock exam rules page explains when a certificate is issued.

Your answers so far are kept, and you can resume the mock. The timer keeps running while you are away, as it would in the real exam.

Every quiz and mock answer counts toward it. Answers in timed mocks count a little more, repeated questions count less, and older answers carry less weight over time. The range narrows as you answer more questions in each domain.

No. A certificate comes only from passing a premium mock exam on your first attempt at it. The free mock exam is for practice, and it’s marked that way before you start.

Yes, as often as your access allows. Only your first attempt at each premium mock exam can earn a MockCert certificate; retakes count as practice. The mock exam rules page has the details.

Passing a premium mock exam on your first attempt generates a shareable, publicly verifiable MockCert certificate with a unique ID, QR code, and verification link. It certifies a MockCert practice-assessment result; it is not the real vendor certification and carries no bearing on it. The holder can revoke the public link at any time.
