No. A certificate is only ever issued for a passing attempt on a paid mock exam. The free mock exam is for practice, and its results page states this plainly before you start.
Passing a paid mock exam generates a shareable, publicly verifiable MockCert certificate -- a unique ID, a QR code, and a permanent link anyone can check at any time, with no account required. It certifies a MockCert practice-assessment result; it is not the real vendor certification and carries no bearing on it.
No. A guest session gives full access to notes, practice questions, flashcards, and the readiness dashboard with no signup. Creating a free account adds mock exams and saves your progress permanently.
